If you're moving in/out/around the Jacksonville area, hire Realtor Leslie Dougher! In January 2021, I accepted a new position which required relocation to the hot JAX real estate market. In February, I traveled to JAX scouting for areas of interest and a real estate agent. I attended several open house events where agents enlightened me to the fierce seller's market and attempted to steer me towards certain neighborhoods. After reading several online reviews, I contacted a highly rated agent that proved not very responsive and sent properties that did not match my interests who simply did not want to invest time or effort into me as a client until I had permanently relocated to JAX. An agent friend who works for Coldwell Banker suggested I contact the local CB office for a new realtor. Reading the reviews, I contacted Leslie and she replied within minutes; hired! Leslie listened to my preferences and suggested several communities based on her extensive knowledge of the area. I appreciate candid, frequent communication and she delivered. She advised what to expect in the competitive market and was very responsive throughout. She listened to my needs and budget, and recommended a lender to compare. I was able to tour homes virtually thanks to Leslie walking me through each home I asked to see before moving to JAX. Leslie was on top of it the whole time. I made several offers with homes going quickly and finally had an offer accepted on a great home in a prime neighborhood I thought I had little chance of winning! Our offer was highly competitive and accepted over many others even though it wasn't the highest bid, contingent on sale of my previous home, and a VA loan!! Leslie is great to work with and answered every question. Closing was a breeze and a day early. I've been in my home three weeks and love it. I cannot say thank you enough!

Leslie, Jane and the rest of their team at Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had such a positive experience from start to finish. To give a little background, we met Jane by chance as she was selling a home across the street from my childhood home (this happens to be the house we bought). Jane was knowledgeable of the home and area. She was always quick to respond. She assisted through the process of placing an offer on the home. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jane and her experience! Our offer was accepted and now we were scrambling to get our other home on the market. We placed an offer on the new home on a Thursday, our offer was accepted on a Saturday and by Sunday, Jane and Leslie were out at our old home making plans with us to sell that one! By Tuesday, our home was visible to realtors (on the MLS). By Wednesday, a photographer was out at the old house taking professional pictures of our home. On Thursday, it was public to the sites such as Zillow. We had ONE showing and a full price offer by lunch on Thursday. Now I know that this is not always the way things go in real estate but I am convinced that our success was due to the amazing team behind us! Oh and we were also getting married and there was a pandemic going on during this time frame if that gives you an idea of how potentially bad the timing of buying and selling was! We are so thankful for this group of people and we cannot wait to start our new life in our new home!

Leslie was amazing!! She gave us guidance on what we needed to do to sell our home. We made the changes she recommended on our home, and it sold in 24 hours!!! She knows her stuff. She was able to find us a new home to purchase to exactly what we wanted within that same 24 hour timeframe. Leslie made the whole selling and purchasing process easier for us and went out her way to make the process stress free. I highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting a highly professional and hardworking Realtor.

Words are inadequate to convey how much we recommend Leslie. With the military, we have moved countless times, but this move was the most involved. We looked at more than 50 homes over more than a year while living in a rental and Leslie not only hung with us the whole way until we were in our dream home. She never tired and provided critical advice and excellent negotiating skills. Exceeding our needs never fell off her radar. She quickly can discern needs and is unmatched in her strong work ethic as well as professionalism. She is an excellent listener and also provides knowledge about things we wouldn't have considered. If you hire Leslie, you are getting the absolute BEST. We give our strongest recommendation to Leslie Dougher because she has earned it a thousand times over.

From the very beginning, I had a good feeling about Leslie, and she proved herself to be the best possible real-estate agent one could have.As a first-time buyer, there are many pitfalls to which I could've been susceptible, and she helped me navigate around each one. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and readily available to speak with and answer any questions I had. She made sure I stayed on-track for every step of the home purchase and informed me of what to expect overall and in the area I was moving to - in the end, I didn't just get a house, but a wealth of knowledge to last a lifetime.To say that she exceeded every one of my expectations in the best way possible would be an understatement. Leslie is the best! She goes above and beyond to help in all aspects of the sale. Leslie took time to answer all our questions. She came and helped us carry away items left in the house before closing. She really just goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. Leslie definitely gives you all of her time and tries to make it easy as possible! 11/10 recommend!

This is the fifth home I have purchased and I have sold 4. Leslie was by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is a very good listener, has an incredible knowledge of the Jacksonville area, and helped guide us to what we were looking for. Not once did I feel like Leslie was trying to push us into an area or a home and she was willing to show us homes "outside the box" of what we were looking for so we could gain a complete perspective. She was very patient, and responsive to our requests and situation. She was also very knowledgeable with regards to contracts and real estate language. She went out of her way to not only help us buy a home, but also welcome us to the area. The Welcome to Your New Home sign on the front yard on the day we closed was a great example of Leslie's fantastic customer service. I will recommend Leslie to anyone buying a home in the Jacksonville area!

Leslie helped me sell my home in a bind when I suddenly received orders to Japan. She walked me through the whole process from prepping the house all the way through final closing. She got me a great value for the home and took care of well more than she needed to. She was always quick to respond to my emails and texts! If I could could give Leslie a million stars, I would. Leslie is professional, works hard, and is results driven. She handled the listing and sale of our home with ease and it gave us one less thing to worry about. From the marketing to the showings to the day of closing, Leslie was always there for our us! She works tirelessly and steadfast to get the job done. She remains in constant contact with you and stays with you EVERY step of the way. Leslie Dougher is definitely 5 star service! I came in from out of town on a time crunch to find a home and she made me her priority. She quickly learned my likes and dislikes and knew what I really wanted before I did! She offered guidance, knowledge and most importantly she looked out for my best interest l. I highly recommend Leslie and the teams she works with for mortgages and closing were second to none and everyone worked swiftly and efficiently to make things happen for my family! Not only was she my agent but she turned into a friend! She was the best!

Not sure if purchasing a home is supposed to be an enjoyable experience or not...the process, that is. That being said, Leslie made it as close to enjoyable as it could be. She was always available (even when I texted her on a Sunday morning), always professional, and always had our best interests at heart. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, and I can't remember any realtor we have worked with as personable and professional as Leslie.
